In "Ranch Country" everyone is familiar with the savings of buying beef in quarters, halves, and wholes.  Well, with this bundle we are breaking a quarter in two.  Here is a package that will fit nicely into our biggest box and will give you an assortment of beef just like you might be traditionally used to. 
If you want a quarter order two, halves four, and wholes eight.  
  • 1 Filet Mignon
  • 2 T bone Steaks
  • 4 Rib eye steaks
  • 1 Strip Steak
  • 1 Chuck eye Steak
  • 1 Denver Steak
  • 1 Sirloin Steak
  • 20 lbs. ground beef
  • 8 lbs. hamburger patties
  • 4 minute steaks
  • 1 chuck or arm roast
  • 1 sirloin tip roast
  • 1 lb. beef bacon
  • 2 lbs. thinly sliced round steak

*We are USDA inspected.  This allows us to sell pieces and ship all over the U.S.A.  By law ranchers using state inspected plants are required to sell beef either on the hoof or hanging and cannot deliver.  Remember, you loose 40% minus hide and offal:

(1250*60%= 750 lbs)

plus another 40% minus bone and trimmings

(687.5*60%= 450 lbs). 

Compare our beef to $2 per lb. hanging plus processing.  Remember we age much longer than most processors and loose 25-50 lbs of product due to waste and have some cost added in as well.
